This website is operated by Mentora Edu Hub, an independent education service operating from Iritty, Kannur District, Kerala 670704, India. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Mentora Edu Hub is operated by an individual proprietor. We do not publish the proprietor's name, but we will identify them to any court, regulator or other authority entitled to that information, and to you if you need it in order to bring a legal claim. Write to grievance@mentoraeduhub.org.

This site describes our mentoring programmes and lets you make an enquiry. It is informational.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a mentoring contract and does not reserve a place. We will respond, discuss the learner's goals, and send a separate written agreement setting out fees, scheduling and cancellation terms. Mentoring begins only once that agreement is accepted.

You may use this site if you are 18 or over and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

If the learner is under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must make the enquiry and enter the agreement. Learners under 18 should not submit our forms themselves. Our privacy notice explains how we handle children's data.

Please give accurate information when you enquire. We use what you tell us about the learner's level and goals to recommend a programme and match a mentor. Inaccurate information produces a poor match, which helps nobody.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false enquiries, spam, or another person's details without their permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
• Copy, scrape or republish our content, branding or study material without written permission.
• Introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the site's operation.

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, the Mentora Edu Hub name, logo and visual identity — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may view and print pages for your own use in considering our services. Any other use, including commercial reuse, republication, or use to train machine learning models, requires our written permission.

This matters, so we will be plain about it. We do not guarantee any particular examination score, band, grade or admission outcome. IELTS, OET and school results depend on the learner's own work, starting level and attendance, on factors outside our control, and on the judgement of examiners with whom we have no relationship.

Anything on this site describing typical progress is illustrative, not a promise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of IDP Education, the British Council, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment, Occupational English Test, CBSE, or any other examination board or education authority. Those names appear only to describe the examinations we help learners prepare for.

Mentoring is delivered by individual mentors engaged by us. We select mentors for subject knowledge and teaching ability, and we may substitute a mentor where necessary — for illness, for example, or where a different match would serve the learner better. We will tell you before we do.

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice, including for maintenance.

Where we link to other websites — our social media profiles or WhatsApp, for example — those links are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from an examination or admission outcome. Our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may revise these terms. The version number and date at the top show when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kannur, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
